Got Gradebook Garbage? Cleaning up old Students and Preparing for ParentAccess
This is Session 2 of the Gradebook Garbage Sessions.
Do you have garbage in Gradebook in your student screen with old students? In this session, we will learn how to clean up old students and review the process for preparing for ParentAccess. We will cover:
1. Deleting Old Keys
2. Preparing New Parent Keys and Student Keys (or using Google OAuth to link student's google accounts as their login)
3. Creating ParentAccess Letters and distribution
4. Maintaining ParentAccess accounts for Parents and Students
5. What can Parents and Students see in ParentAccess?
