Tech-mas in July

It's Tech-mas in July! 'Tis the season for some EdTech PD before the rush of the new school year! The day will consist of the following sessions, you are welcome to attend any one or all of the offerings below though Zoom or in-person at the NEOnet Office in Cuyahoga Falls.

12pm - 1pm: Magic School for Beginners - If you have yet to fully explore this valuable AI platform for education, this will be a great opportunity to learn all about it! This session will be guest-hosted by a presenter from Magic School

1pm - 2pm: Magic School Deep Dive & New Features - If you have used Magic School before, this your chance to catch up on some great new features and explore the more advanced features! This session will be guest-hosted by a presenter from Magic School

2pm - 3pm: Vibe Coding for Education - Don’t know code? No problem! Educators can use AI to generate any kind of web app imaginable! This session will explain how to vibe code, how to make your app accessible to others, and how students can vibe code.

3pm - 4pm: Quizlet Alternatives: Knowt & Wayground - Need a new digital tool for quizzes and flashcards? This webinar will explore two excellent, student-data privacy compliant alternatives to Quizlet: Knowt and Wayground (formerly Quizizz). We'll dive into the features of each platform and show you how to use their AI capabilities for creating interactive and engaging learning materials that meet student data privacy requirements.
