eFP FAM Coffee Collab: Report on the Run: How to Track It Down
This Coffee Collab focuses on why reports in eFinancePlus sometimes seem to vanish and how to track them down quickly. We’ll walk through the most common reasons a report “goes missing,” including file naming issues, overwritten documents, old Favorites, download-only saves, and incorrect criteria. You’ll learn where to look first, how to use the Document icon and File Mask searches, and simple habits that prevent confusing report trails in the future. It’s also a chance to compare experiences with other districts and share tips that keep reports easy to find all year long.

Great Scott! ⚡️ We're about to punch our way Back To The Future so rev up your knowledge engine as we soar into the world of **USPS Future Pay Types**! We're talking exciting new ways (for some) to process wages that'll jolt your payroll processing to 88mph on full plutonium! We will meticulously examine each pay type, the proper way to use it, and your reporting options, ensuring your payroll doesn't end up in Biff's alternate 1985! Ensure your flux capacitor is fully charged, and *hover* your way to this session, because where we're going, we *do* need roads... of accurate pay information!
**We'll follow the session with a dedicated workshop where you'll be able to test-drive your database to ensure you're on the right track!**

PowerSchool added new option on Pay Code for Manual FLSA OT and update Employee Worksheets and Manual Checks
Made a change to the reference table Pay Code > Payroll Tab > FLSA Overtime flag, adding a dropdown list for options instead of a checkbox. The list consists of:
* N - Not FLSA OT
* M - Manual FLSA OT
* Y - Generated FLSA OT
Updated the Employee Worksheets and Manual Checks to use the new option for M - Manual FLSA OT.
